Open Question: Where can I find a pretty dress for a quinceanera I am going to?

My parents are going to be the padrinos. I want to find a pretty dress to wear to it but I don't want it to be really expensive. Can you suggest some or stores where I can buy one? We are in North Carolina in the Triangle Area. Oh and I am kind of short too. Thanks.... read more
