Berks man dies in North Carolina; was found face-down in ocean (Reading Eagle)

A Birdsboro man was pulled from the Atlantic Ocean in North Carolina and pronounced dead a short time later, officials said Monday. Kenneth R. Lang, 63, died Thursday after swimming near Duck on the Outer Banks, according to Mirek Dabrowski of the town's surf rescue team.... read more
